Stephanie Shrader brings more than 25 years of experience in global sourcing and supply chain management across small, mid-sized, and Fortune 500 companies. As Supply Chain Director at TVF, she leads supplier development, drives process improvement, negotiates cost strategies, and develops high-performing teams.
A graduate of David Lipscomb University, Stephanie joined TVF in October 2025. She is focused on driving alignment across customers, supply chain partners, and internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters and exploring the Nashville area, especially coffee shops, small bookstores, and live music.
