The TVF Story
October 10, 1974
Dick Hanzel and Dick Leventhal co-founded and incorporated Top Value Fabrics. Both men were 50% owners and for several years there were only a few team members. We primarily sold nylon, polyester, cotton, and acrylic fabrics for industrial use.
TVF Headquarters moved to 401 W Carmel Drive and is still located there today.
The TVF office and warehouse moved to Carson, California. The West Coast Operation offices and warehouse are currently located in Carson on 21023 S. Main Street, Unit A and occupy approximately 73,000 square feet combined office and warehouse space.
1996 - 1997
TVF added apparel products, including polyester, cotton, and blends to accommodate activewear, athletic, and contemporary apparel.
TVF added vinyl to the product mix, including vinyl coated and vinyl laminated polyester for tarps and covers, athletic mats, tents, and other industrial applications.
TVF adds print media made of polyester and vinyl laminated polyester to its offerings to serve the advertising graphics, signs, and banners market.

TVF becomes an ESOP.
November 1, 2017
TVF brings in home decor with cotton and polyester fabrics used for bedding, drapes, wall coverings, upholstery, and more.
