Shannon Hayden is the Customer Support Director for TVF. She joined the TVF team with over 17 years of management experience, which includes a background in contact center operations, customer support, and key accounts management. Shannon has a passion for developing people and improving the overall experience for both internal and external customers. Prior to joining TVF, Shannon held the role of Senior Operations Manager of Customer Care for a large publishing company, playing an integral role in implementing a CRM platform, developing and documenting standard operating procedures, and leading a global customer support team.
Shannon was born, raised, and currently lives in Indiana. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and has a Master’s Degree in Management and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Shannon is extremely close to her family and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their daughter. She loves watching HGTV home buying shows, listening to music from the ’90s, and binge-watching shows on Netflix.
