Courtney Scott is the Vice President of People and Culture at TVF. A native of TVF’s home, Carmel, Indiana, Courtney has spent most of her career in global human resources leadership positions in industries ranging from oil and gas to pharmaceuticals.
A graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s in business and Purdue University with an MBA, Courtney believes that culture is made through intentional, small decisions and relationships. She enjoys spending time with her two kids, finding any excuse to be outside, and teaching yoga.
