TVF is excited to announce executive leadership changes along with key internal promotions that set the stage for future growth, continued focus on industry leading expertise, and delivering a world class customer experience. TVF prides itself in being a leader in the textile industry, leveraging years of expertise, consistent product, and a relentless focus on customer success. These moves support TVF's continued focus and growth in these areas.

"Even in very challenging times, TVF is coming off of one of its best years ever, and we're excited about this investment in our team to continue that success, not only for TVF, but for our customers as well."

Chris Fredericks has been with TVF since 2005 and has held various positions including CFO and President prior to his new position of CEO. In 2010, Chris was instrumental in the company's conversion to a 100% employee-owned company. Now, Chris' focus areas are strategic growth, employee ownership culture, and continuous improvement, all for the primary purpose of providing TVF's customers with even greater service and value. Chris has a diverse background with experience in management, accounting & finance, valuations/M&A, operations, strategic planning, human capital management, and ESOP/employee ownership.

Tad Calahan has been with TVF since 2007 and has held various positions from Assistant Controller to CFO, before becoming President and COO of TVF. Since joining TVF in 2007, Tad has made an impact through operational and financial technology-driven solutions that assist TVF in pursuing its mission to help our customers succeed every day. In his new role, Tad is responsible for the operations of the company while also setting the strategic roadmap for TVF and ensuring timely and successful execution.

Jeff Nonte has been promoted to VP of Sales for the Print Media division. Jeff joined TVF in 2003 and quickly established himself amongst TVF's best Sales Consultants. Since 2013, Jeff has been active in TVF's Print Media division, and continues to challenge himself and his team for further growth and success. As a textile industry veteran with ten years of experience in the industry, Jeff especially enjoys working together with customers and helping them build their successes.

Jeff Swedberg has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Experience. In that role Jeff will lead TVF's Marketing, Customer Service, and Learning & Development departments. Jeff joined TVF in 2018 and since then has led TVF through many changes, most notably TVF's rebrand from TVF to TVF. Jeff has years of marketing expertise with a focus on the customer and their experience with a brand. In addition to that Jeff has a background in developing structure and process that drive effectiveness and efficiency within marketing organizations.

Brian Vieweg has been promoted to Program Director for Apparel & Home Décor at TVF. Brian has over 30 years of experience in the textile industry, going back to his early days of dyeing and finishing home décor and apparel textiles at Cal-Pacific Dyeing & Finishing. He is the former President of Pacific Coast Fabrics, a division of Cal-Pacific, which was acquired by TVF in 2017. Throughout his textile career Brian has been instrumental in building a customer base, improving product line offerings, and developing a reputation for supplying top quality products.

Diana Hargenrader has been promoted to Human Resources Director. Since joining TVF in 2010, Diana has accepted new challenges to create structure and a team-building environment, while also growing professionally. Over the past 8 years, Diana has continued to grow and gain years of experience in her field, achieving her SHRM and HRCI certifications. Diana has led TVF through various employee benefit platform upgrades, 401k migrations, and successfully managed TVF's benefits.

Laura Martin has been promoted to Supply Chain Director. In this new role Laura will oversee purchasing, sourcing, global trade, logistics, compliance/quality control, forecasting, and vendor performance. Since joining the team in 2004, Laura has applied her keen eye for detail to nearly every aspect of her various roles, which has allowed her to grow with the company. Most recently Laura has applied her strong knowledge of global trade to navigate the current complex environment. She also has a desire to help others succeed, which led to co-speaking engagement at the 2020 Women in Textiles Summit sponsored by IFAI.

Lori Atone has been promoted to Learning and Development Director for TVF. Lori began her career at TVF as a Textile Development Coordinator, which gave her insight into textile challenges and learning opportunities. This further developed her passion for the industry which continues to grow to this day. Working together with TVF textile experts, Lori teases out pain points, captures knowledge, and delivers quality content to the TVF team. Lori is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and obtained a master's degree in learning design from Purdue University.

Samantha Marion is TVF's new Sales Director for the Apparel & Home Décor programs. Since joining TVF in June of 2012, helping people succeed has always been at the forefront of Sam's work. Throughout her career, Sam has had the opportunity to work in several different capacities, including leading TVF's sourcing efforts and managing TVF's West Coast Customer Support Team. Her depth of textile knowledge, excellent analytical skills, eye for detail and ability to deliver for TVF's customers and team position her for success in her new role of Sales Director.
