Dick Hanzel and Dick Leventhal co-founded and incorporated Top Value Fabrics. Both men were 50% owners and for several years there were only a few team members. We primarily sold nylon, polyester, cotton, and acrylic fabrics for industrial use.

TVF Headquarters moved to 401 W Carmel Drive and is still located there today.

TVF begins to build a West Coast operation. The operation has expanded steadily since then, adding people, products, and customers.
