Q:  I see that your minimum order size is 1 roll, but how many yards are on each roll?
A:  Generally rolls start at 50 yards however it depends on the product.  Please see the individual product pages for roll sizes or contact us to find out.
 
Q:  Where are your shipping locations?
A:  Carmel, Indiana; Carson, California; and Bristol, Virginia.  However we also have many other locations for certain products.
 
Q:  Do you sell cut yardage?
A:  No, not at this time.  However we frequently have short yardage rolls available.
 
Q:  What is the lead time for shipments?
A:  For stock products, we can ship within 1-2 days.  If the product is a custom order there are many factors that determine the lead time.  Please contact us to find out.  We are experts at getting custom orders done as quickly as possible.
 
Q:  Do you provide samples?
A:  Absolutely.  Contact us and we will provide samples for the fabrics that might fit your needs.
 
Q:  I don't really know what fabric I need, can you help me?
A:  Yes, this is our specialty.  Please contact us to speak to a sales representative.  We will help you determine which fabric will meet the needs of your application.
 
Q:  Can you do custom colors?
A:  Yes, we can match your exact color for dye lot quantity minimum order sizes.
 
Q:  Where are your prices?
A:  Please contact us to get prices on the products you are looking for.
 
Q:  What are your credit terms?
A:  If approved, our standard terms are Net 30.  Otherwise you can pay in advance by credit card (Visa, M/C, or Discover) or wire or check if approved.
 
Q:  What custom finishes do you have?
A:  There are many custom finishes, including but not limited to:
